Rooster's Regional Developers play a cruicial role in opening stores, managing growth, and advising and assisting Franchisees.

Regional Developers are an important, integral aspect of our future success and franchise support network. Through a Regional Development Agreement (R.D.A.) you purchase the right to market and/or develop a minimum of ten (10) franchise stores within a designated area, MSA or state. The maximum number of franchises allowed within any designated area is only limited by market, demographics and geography.

A Regional Developer should first own and/or operate a Rooster's Men's Grooming Center store (Pilot Store) prior to the sale of stores operated by franchisees.

Regional Developers receive income (commission) from Initial Franchise Fees and Royalty Fees paid by franchises operating within their designated area (See regional development agreement)
